Leading Ladies Academy is a free I’M H.O.T NYC program that offers leadership development, training, networking, career and financial literacy preparation for young girls and women. We want to help build healthy Christian females leaders that will not only make a difference in their church but in their communities, work spaces and the rest of the world. Leading Ladies Covenant

In applying for this program, I make the following covenant with Leading Ladies Academy ● I commit to full participation in the Leading Ladies Academy. ● I commit to an open and honest personal and leadership assessment process ● I understand that if I miss a scheduled session without notification , I forfeit that session and that I can only cancel 1 time before being dropped from the program.
