FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q. What is your Mission?

1. Our mission is to provide Christian based mentorship to young women through positive relationships and discipleship.

Q. How long is the Program?

1. This is a six month long program, that will run from May 18, 2024 through October 18, 2024

Q. What are the age requirements?

1.  As much as we’d love to cater to all ages, we require a minimum age of 23 years old or older to apply as a Femtor, and 17 years old or older to apply as a femtee. 

Q. Is this a confidential partnership? 

1. Private information shared between the femtor and femtee will not be disclosed to anyone outside the two person party, conditional on the grounds that either party is expressive of self harm or harm to others.

Q. How often will Femtor’s & Femtee’s communicate?

1. You will be required to communicate with your femtor/femtee on a weekly/biweekly basis via phone/ video call, and meet once a month for an in-person/virtual hang out. 

Q. How will we keep track of our progress?

1. We require you to submit forms after every meeting. A Femtor Login form, and a Femtee Meeting Feedback form, that will keep track of your progress. 

Q. What is the selection process like?

1. Femtors will be interviewed by a member of the F&F Team. Based on the interviews the team will pair off Femtors/Femtees based on professional experience, ministry experience, and life experience.
